At Fi’s Fitness in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, we believe fitness should work around your life. Whether you’re training before work, on your lunch break or after work, we’ve got a class or coaching session to suit your schedule.

We’re a friendly, welcoming studio offering expert coaching, small group classes and semi-private training for all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, lose body fat, build lean muscle, improve your mobility or simply feel healthier, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Training Times

We know life is busy, so we run classes throughout the day to make it easier to fit fitness into your routine.

Early Morning: From 5:45am
Morning Classes: Until 11:00am
30-minute Lunch Classes: 12:30pm
Evening Classes: 5:00pm & 6:00pm

Strength & Conditioning (S&C)
Build strength, improve fitness and move better with structured, progressive training.

RT24 (Resistance Training 24)
A fast, full-body resistance workout designed to burn fat and build lean muscle in just 24 minutes.

Pilates & Reformer Pilates
Improve your core strength, posture and flexibility in our small group classes. We also offer Reformer Pilates, with lunchtime sessions now available.

Polar Heart Rate Training
Train smarter with heart-rate technology, helping you stay in the right zone to get the most from every workout.

Boxercise & Conditioning
A fun, energetic workout combining boxing drills and cardio. Great for fitness, fat loss, stress relief and building confidence.

Mobility Sessions
Move better, recover faster and reduce your risk of injury with guided mobility training.
