This midday sound bath has been designed for calm and focus, easing stress while keeping you present and alert, so you can return to work with mental clarity and renewed energy.
Join us at lunchtime on Thursday, 16th April 1 – 2pm at Two Stemple Exchange, Blanchardstown Corporate Park 1, where Chloe will guide you through a grounding meditation with soothing sound.
