Bluebird Care Dublin West, in association with Training2Care, will host a Virtual Dementia Tour at Blanchardstown Corporate Park. This will take place on Tuesday, 15 September, as part of World Alzheimer’s Month.
Open to employees across the Corporate Park and members of the wider local community, the Virtual Dementia Tour is an immersive experience designed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of dementia. It will also show them how it can affect the way a person experiences the world around them in everyday life.
Delivered by Training2Care, the experience aims to build greater empathy and awareness while helping people consider how we communicate, provide support and interact with someone living with dementia can make a meaningful difference.
This is part of Bluebird Care Dublin West’s activities for World Alzheimer’s Month. It’s open to people throughout Blanchardstown Corporate Park and the local community who would like to take part.
There is no charge and no advance booking is required. Simply come along at any time during the event.
