A nourishing midday reset with our Sound Bath Summer Series

After the response to the Sound Bath session we held in April, we are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a free Summer Series of Sound Bath sessions.

Taking place once a month from June to September, these gentle sessions, lead by Chloe from Sonas Sounds, calm the mind, release tension, clear office stress, and set you up for the remainder of the day feeling grounded, clear, and refreshed.
This midday sound bath has been designed for calm and focus, easing stress while keeping you present and alert, so you can return to work with mental clarity and renewed energy.

Join us at once a month where Chloe will guide you through a grounding meditation with soothing sound.

Come to one session or all sessions, it’s your choice.

Please note that each session is limited to 25 people (so register quick before the spots fill up!)
The following are the dates for the Free Summer Series of Sound Baths.

  • June: Thurs 11th @ 1pm – 2pm (NOW FULL)
  • July: Weds 15th @ 1pm – 2pm (NOW FULL)
  • August: Weds 19th @ 1pm – 2pm (NOW FULL)
  • September: Weds 16th @ 1pm – 2pm (NOW FULL)

We invite you to take a pause and enjoy the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes and gentle percussion, to soothe, recalibrate and re-energise your body, mind and soul.

We encourage you to register today as space for this session is limited to 25 people.
Participants can sit or lie down (no special clothing needed), and no prior experience of meditation or sound required.
