The walk/run begins the morning of our Christmas Celebration event, Thursday, 12 December 2019, with 3 timeslots available. 9.30 – 10.00, 10.00 – 10.30, 10.30 – 11.00. Click here to register your interest to walk or run.
Following your GOAL Mile, you’ll be greeted with a mulled wine and hot beverage station courtesy of Bank of Ireland. The loop is exactly 1 mile, beginning and ending at BOI, park 1, block 1. Directly afterwards, you’re welcome to stick around for the Christmas Celebration party which runs from 11.00 AM – 2.00 PM where we’ll be featuring business showcase demos, having a musical guest appearance, and raffle off tickets for a FREE family trip to Lapland and more!
Now in its 36th year, GOAL sees tens of thousands of participants run, jog or walk a Mile and raise funds and awareness for GOAL’s programmes in the developing world. One of the country’s most popular annual events, the GOAL Mile has become an integral part of Christmas for thousands of families. Each individual Mile event is run by one or more local organisers. It is largely because of their support and hard work that the GOAL Mile has become such a success.
